Abstract
The purpose of this article is to present the life and work of pioneer Isolina Avelino Waldvogel, focusing on her work as a translator of the works of Ellen G. White. The study is essentially characterized by bibliographical research. The data were collected through magazines, books and an interview. The research demonstrates Isolina Waldvogel's strong participation in the early days of the Adventist publishing work in Brazil, mainly with the translation of 14 books by Ellen G. White.
