The divinity of Christ in John 14:28
Keywords:
divinity of Christ, inferiority, John, incarnationAbstract
It is the objective of this research to explore one of the major points of the Christian Faith: the Divinity of Christ. On the basis of the text of John 14:28, where Christ says: "For the Father is greater than Me..", many state that Christ is inferior to the Father. Through the study of the textual evidences in the Bible, this work aims to answer the following questions: Is Christ inferior to the Father? Is He a created being, an angel, or is He eternal as the Father is? What implications the incarnation of Christ have for the understanding of this question?Downloads
