As interpretações de cântico dos cânticos: a escola alegórica

Resumen

Quando o estudioso da Bíblia Hebraica procura compreender as abordagens
que orientaram a interpretação do livro Cântico dos Cânticos, logo perceberá
que está inserido num contexto muito amplo. Este artigo procura expor as
principais interpretações do livro a partir das abordagens alegóricas, tanto judaicas
quanto cristãs. Como foi bem visível a partir de uma breve análise das primeiras abordagens de Cântico dos Cânticos, a interpretação alegórica permeou séculos de estudo tanto no Judaísmo quanto no Cristianismo. Em alguns momentos enfatizando o Sinai e o recebimento da Torá e em outras ocasiões a relação de Deus com seu povo, a alegoria parece estar sempre presente entre as primeiras interpretações do livro.
