Abstract

In this article we’ll make an historical research of the origin and use of the expression Vicarious Filii Dei as an interpretation of Revelation 13:18. After this historical background, I will briefly analyze the use of this title in the Adventist environment and the hermeneutical validity of it as an interpretation of the number 666.
