Abstract

This research focuses on the history of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in the city of Joinville-SC, Brazil, and seeks to investigate the variables that contributed to its phenomenal growth. In order to achieve such a goal, this study develops a documental investigation as well as a field research, exploring a quite representative sample in its quantitative aspect. It concludes with some conclusions and recommendations.
