The church constitutes the primary means by which God carries out His mission on earth; therefore, it is crucial that we investigate its essence more deeply from the perspective of biblical ethics, so that we can fulfill the task the Lord has entrusted to us. However, defining what constitutes the church has been challenging today, given the diverse interpretations of its nature. This study/essay aims, through a descriptive bibliographic analysis, based on a literature review and supplemented by personal analysis, to present some biblical and theological reflections on the true essence of the church, from a biblical-Adventist perspective.
