O artigo objetiva pesquisar sobre o Espírito Santo nos livros de Paulo, abordando um dos temas mais desafiadores do seu pensamento teológico, chegando ao ponto de alguns teóricos discutirem se a pneumatologia paulina não deveria ser colocada como um dos aspectos centrais em sua teologia. Neste estudo preliminar busca-se apenas introduzir o vasto tema sobre o uso da palavra πνευμα nas epístolas paulinas e tambérm interpretar as afirmações teológicas mais relevantes acerca do Espírito.
